Kathie spoke about a few issues regarding the U-11 format.
Apparently, some teams are planning to attempt to get around the dual sided game by only rostering 8-10 players. If the team adds a substantial amount of new players for the U-12 seasonal year, they will be viewed by the Board as a new team and will most likely be placed with teams who are new in WAGS, or possibly ones who have not performed well in the U-11 year. The teams are taking a big chance playing this little game of passive aggressive maneuvers.Additionally, we will be throwing a lot of money out the window when we will be paying for two (2) officials and using just one. I will be monitoring rosters for any trend that lends itself to these rumors and forewarn the opposing coaches.
